Between Seasons

Between Seasons

A Poem by Nick Lynott
"

Poem about the changing of the seasons

"
On this cold November morning,
The time between seasons,
The time of change,
Green and brown grass
Is coated with glass
And covered
With prehistoric insects made
Of clumps of leaves and frost.
The whole world is frozen in a moment.

Lovely poem, Nick! You describe the changing of the seasons very uniquely and well. It was nice to read. I think that you started and wrapped this poem up very neatly. "On this cold November morning . . . The whole world is frozen in a moment." Great work!
