Born of the Father and Mother

Born of the Father and Mother

A Poem by wilky423
"

An off the top of my head limerick. A rough drafty of sorts

"
In the thought of the aftermath I saw the world as it changed my laugh.
Educated by the darkness and then saved by the light I went thru a time in my life
where a paradigm shift caused much fight.

A battle between good and evil ensued throughout my soul. I struggled and toiled
and I fought the good fight but I never met any foe. It was all on me as I lingered on
deeply, I couldn't see and I began to get sleepy. It took it's toll on me for the grief
I imagined was a fear I brought to myself.

Through a mind's eye exercise and a defeat of my own demise I saw the power
that had been given to me, God's magic is what I recognized. It's something we
all have, an energy of infinite strength, a healing from nature's rain that will take
us past our furthest length.

The feminine side of nature blasts a beast from with in the darkness. Light energy
from the sun breathes life into my calmness. Chaos be the sound of nature's ruling
shadow, see the light in my eyes embedded from the father and the love from my
heart will be the proof of my holy mother.
