Being Blind ~

Being Blind ~

A Poem by Pax
"

Poverty,money,comunity,organization,environment,growth,humanity

"

Poverty ~

Hard to cure,

    provable widespread culture.

Money ~

The poor get poorer,

The rich get richer.

In some cases it’s a debate

                          situations Fluctuate

When money speaks, power escalates.

Sometimes…

The poor get tougher,

The rich get fragile against danger.

Often times…

Harsh situations make us stronger,

              Easy life makes us weaker.

Community System ~

Complicated right and wrong,

     human mistakes gone prolong.

It cannot be stop when truth hides

                from many unseen lies.

Corruptions & conspiracies

      Mimics love for money.

Population demands increase

                and supply decrease.

Shortage of goods from over consumption.

Rare find in a brink of extinction.

Organization ~

Organize teaching limits some learning

Blinds us from truth, the shiny is alluring.

Organize media sometimes mislead information

Their freedom has boundaries of confrontation.

Organize politics always have hidden agenda

A self-absorb Propaganda.

Environment ~

More structure, bald nature.

Intelligences without a heart of conscience.

Lost in the battle of negligence.

Growth ~

Experiences make us wiser,

Learning makes us smarter

All must coincides together

with an open mind to ponder

and a good heart to wonder

a balance from right and wrong

 in Gaining room for change

                    and storage

                     to process

           the increasing progress.

YEt with all that often times we waste it to many needful things.

Humanity ~

Humanity often has no control over needy desires

We tend to forget the consequences of our actions

We live to the fullest without realizing

what’s just enough from too much.

Losing our will to balance everything.

Life on earth is interconnected…

Don’t ignore the dots.

Author’s Note:

IT taken me a long time to finished this but I still do feel I haven’t written everything. There is still too much in this world man over exceeds its rights and wrong deeds.

We create our own prison.

We create our own demise.

Yet salvation is always a step away.

PS:

This are just my thoughts based on my observation on what I have read and see around me, know that I am always open to any discussion. I am not opening a debate if I am wrong or bieng right but I am raising awareness that makes this piece conventional.

Pax this is your first piece that i have first opened. I will come back to absorb everything. And you have a bunch of writings compiled ( like Dhaye ) as well. You have a geopolitical taste and motif here that you are trying to express. I felt the strength and might of your pen here.

What a sword can't accomplish
Your pen is not willing to relinquish.

You have highlighted all the concerns you saw, heard and read on your piece. Pax this is more than just an issue of bad politics. If I would summarize and condense all your words and thoughts in just one single word. It is GREED . One of the six deadly sins God greatly abhors. This is an issue of the heart. It will not be change nor resolve by election or reelection. All the things you have described here are the symptoms or bi products of the real issue or cause. We don't need a change of politicians. The votes have already been bought.

What our country desperately need is a change of heart. From great to small, From rich to poor. No amendments, nor referendums will change the crooked and corrupted ways of our systems. Our nation needs to get back to the basic. Return back to God . One heart, one soul at a time. Then one family one community...Its possible. But we need to invite and desperately want the One who could bring the real change. It is not enough to hope . Change could only be possible when we invite the Person ( Jesus ) inside our hearts and lives, who could only and really brings the change we desperately need and have been looking and longing for .

Here is the invitation from 2 Chronicles 7:14
" If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

" Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord " Psalm 33:12 ( A nation that fears and reveres Him )

Thank you Pax,
You didn't turned a blind eye to the plight of needy.
And your pen screams of the damage done by the greedy...
What's left are but devastation and poverty.
Corrupted officials gift to our society .

You've written another thought provoking piece using your own style, Pax. The last item (Humanity) sums up the reasons why we are suffering these maladies (poverty, social inequality, corruption, environmental destruction and degradation of human values)-- we lack control. I guess humanity has already forgotten the cardinal virtue of temperance. The world is so vast to change; we could only change what we can control.

I like the complete blog. You went in many directions and your statements were true. If three percent of the people control the wealth of the world. We are in trouble. The above lines are true. This is one planet and one people. Earth is becoming smaller. Thank you for the the outstanding blog.

It seems you are getting seriously aware of what is going on around us. I hope this to be a start, too, to act for we can always act locally though we think globally.
