All these people

If all these people hated me
will you hate me as well?

If all these people laugh at me
will you laugh with them?

If all these people left me stranded
will you leave me as well?

Well, everything is left unsaid

A hard truth to life that indeed some would but one must not forget that some would not either :) A lot of pain within this and the feeling of despair is poised tensely...never devalue yourself and always remember your worth, it is not based on other's opinions, hard to do but true :) Blessings Pax...

I have begun to teach myself that those who wish to stay in your life, will stay--though in reality, it seems that most everyone leaves, despite any of what they may promise you in the beginning. I'm so used to others coming and going in my life and it's tragic, but I have to constantly put myself back together emotionally in order to keep my grip on things. I shouldn't be surprised when people decide to walk out of my life, but I always act surprised. I understand the many things wrong with me...I just wish some people would just stick to their promises and stick around when things get too difficult. Fabulous write, really related to me.

Befriending one who usually conforms to the crowd is disastrous.
Loving such a one, even worse.
Nicely expressed, Pax!

A truck load of emotion you packed into this one my friend! Fortunately, when it comes to friendship, it does not require democracy! You've expressed those roller-coaster rides we go on during conflict so well.

It is sad when a group mentality ostracizes one particular person for their looks, ethnicity, or any other reason. I hope writing is an outlet for you and that your tears turn into smiles soon. Lydi**

You may not be happy when you're sad, but you probably feel more "normal."
A life of pain will do that to you.
Well expressed, Pax!

Just let it go, Pax. Say it. Write it. Paint it. Just let it out. It maybe dramatic for now but at least you'll get better later.

Hurt is a manifestation of deeper pains across valleys and plains. You manifest that marvelously in this short and straightforward poem. It is good to question and find answers. You are making so much impression with your expression. Long live the Pax.

Melancholy is still your genre. :). The words are direct to the point which makes it more heartfelt.
