A Chapter by Wondering Mind

refill please

Oh sweet sin,

why is your poison

flavor so fulfilling

that I return

in ritual

to empty

to  refill ?

Sweet is the sin

that flows through my veins

toxic are the thoughts

as they drip like acid off my lips

to yours... :) sorry couldn't help it.. I love it..

so true, like in our language saying 'Masarap ang bawal' masarap means something delicious or can be enjoyable/fulfilling
bawal means forbidden or not allowed
its really nice.

Toxic is this "Poison", a chemical reaction can cause death... Yet, sweet is the sin, and you want a refill...
Nice! You've got skills... expressed with finesse. :)

An inspired write without a doubt. I like the perspective you give, and the questions that begs to answer. Very Nice ~ Jude :-)

We gather this poison because we need it. It is the nectar that we feed off of and use to get through the day, although we feel dead when the sun sets and we pass out from the deadly toxins collected inside our bodies. We gather this poison in our dreams, and then use it throughout the day in minutely doses I like to call thoughts.......... I have no idea what that means, but i thought it would be a good idea to say. Nice poem, by the way... ;)
