Yesterday to Tomorrow

Yesterday to Tomorrow

A Poem by MYSELF
"

A thought came in mind, took shape with some words I would like if you would tell what it looks like because i am so confused about it..

Yesterday to Tomorrow

I was cheerful when young,

and grabbed the moments hard.

I liked to party and go to social parks

I liked my sleep, my work of hours

The rides I rode and drifting apart.

I was creative and gentle at heart,

Loved to be loved and being a part.

Sooner or later I was raising smart,

But slowly the time moved in a cart.

Some years passed by leaving people behind,

Yet they were the ones whom the heart reminds.

Memories started fading and started to grind,

And slowly loneliness made me fold blind.

I started expecting that was my fault,

As I always gave and never wanted to fill my own vault.

My earnings were paid in the relations I made,

And now they are away and it seems like a decade.

I want to turn back to the time,

Create myself again to the chime.

Living myself two hundred percent,

Cent for my own and another cent for them.

Waiting for the perfect moment,

The moment passed by,

And I was left with sweet memories of time.

Yet sometimes it feels home to me,

For people still somewhere care for me.

I want to delete all the sorrow,

And again want to start a shining bright TOMORROW.

It has depth and feeling, sort of a hills and valleys kid of poem, Happy it ended on a high note.
