For You

For You

A Poem by the writer of woe

When all the stars align
And the planets coincide
What is left to do
Other than loving you?

When the wars are won
And the profit is none
And the mystery is clue
I'm running back to you

Because before my work is finished
And before my energy is diminished
There's only one thing I can see through
And it's you

And even if I don't rhyme
For a million days
Or even all of time
I know it doesn't matter
Because as long as I can love
I'll give it all to you.

Awww so sweet! A beautiful little love poem. Saying it to anyone will surely win their hearts! Love the cheeky little ‘even if I don’t rhyme’ followed by rhymes :*

Beautiful poem and flow of thoughts for the emotional theme set for this writing. In a way I can relate to this honestly, I don't know how many time I've told my previous girlfriend "As long as I can love, I give it all to you.." Thank you for sharing this.

Very nice flow of thoughts for the emotion and the want of love.
"Because as long as I can love
I'll give it all to you."
In the embrace of love. No better place to know. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
