Har kisi ko muqammil jahaan nahi milta,
Sapno ka wo daastan nahi milta,
Sheeshe ke khwaab yun na dekho Ghalib,
Har kisike ke armaano ko udaan nahi milta.

It' pretty good...I wish it had 1 more para...

Note : I think in the last line har kisike armaano ko asmaan nahi milta would've fit better than udaan nahi milta...it's just my personal opinion as it sounded pretty weird to me while reading other than that I liked it :)
