Wishing

Not much of a story or a poem just how I feel right now.

I tried opening up yet it makes me close even more

I tried pushing you away yet it brings me close

Call me

Let me hear your voice

Say you love me

Tell me to come home

You don't have to beg for forgiveness

You don't have to say you were wrong

I just want to love you 

and make believe nothings wrong

Find myself hiding from everyone

from everything that I knew

Find myself more closed than I ever was

Too afraid to let anyone in

I have new found friends

people that care and will be there for me

Yet it doesn't fill the void you left

My heart desires you yet my brain says no

I know better than to go back

yet I will go to you in heart beat

I wish it wasn't the case

but I belong to you 

and you once said you belong to me

where did we go wrong?

Forgive me and I will do the same

forget me and I will 

But will I?

Not in a million years

No matter how much I try

Just come back

Love is never really forgotten. Sometimes it is muddled up with pain though. I enjoyed the emotion in this one along with the sincerity of heart.
