8. To You My Love

8. To You My Love

A Chapter by Sir Drift & Mr. Pulse

A myth or even fable is not your name

A story a novel that has no fame

People think I’m crazy, they think I’m insane

But I swear I love you, for you I am not ashamed

It’s because they cannot see you that they think it’s a waste

But my love and heart in your arms are safe

To you my love I send this erased…

Paper in my hands for you to write your side of the face

In the mean while I will be sleeping on the Moon

Showering in the stars waiting for you soon

Ill paint your face in an aurora, I should finish it by June

To you my love I’ll send the Sun as a gift in a balloon

Don’t rush but don’t take long, for our child I want to see

To you my love I built a Tree house on that silly old Tree…

Do you remember? The one you were afraid of, you didn’t want to “Speak.”

Yes we did carve our names and plant another seed

To you my love I say don’t be afraid

I love you and our child, I wish I could have stayed

But a Man is the head and has to build a steady place

From a castle of dust to its walls of stone and clay…

I build it every day.
