Poems of Randomness

A Poem by Xiamora Shaw
"

Just a couple of blank thought here and there

"
Blossom
Perched on a bench
Brain banging against my cranium
The bush gives off a familiar stench
Making my body go numb

It was once unique
Now in a place so bleak
Surrounded by mystique
Slowly becoming weak

Something once lovely
Happy and radiant
Quickly turns deadly
Ugly and redundant

Nastily abused by the hateful
Mercilessly eradicated
Looked down on as sinful
Yet tries to seem lively and unflustered

With a loud tone
Windy it moves lissome
Letting its colors be shown
The rainbow of a blossom
