i think of the Brooklyn Bridge song:
"girl, i heard you're getting married, heard you're getting married this time you're really sure"
"it's the worst that can happen" those guys sang about it...but sometimes the surprise and pain can make the poet mute.

I racked my brains for a while, but nothing could express what I was feeling.

Ouch. Short yet so expressive. Reminds me of Adele's song Someone like you in a way. It's hard to long for someone you cannot have, at least that's what I read into these lines. Some short lines often say more than hundreds of words.

Yar, people seem to like this one. I'm certainly a form of the short form, that's for sure.

I was unable to articulate how I felt so I didn't and somehow it seemed to work for me. Go figure.

It did work. I almost prefer short pieces instead of longer ones though it depends on the content.

I've read so much poetry from so many different authors lately, I don't even remember the authors anymore ^^ I just read online and pick random pieces by whomever.
hmmm -- this can mean, so many things -- that's what makes it interesting.

Mmmm. That's usually how it goes and I live how this is honest.

My head radio is blasting Someone Like You (Adele)
Same muted sorrow, same enormous soul sigh as in this short poem.
Excellent.
Now my advice is to fall in love...no JUMP from the highest mountain into the deepest sea of love....

What is there to say my friend. Sometimes the words evaporate from our mouth like the vapour of a cold day, and today is cold.

But now too busy to write poems!! Haha.

lad to hear it. Staying busy keeps us all out of trouble :)
This reminds me of my work in that 10 words say all there is to say on a subject that could fill a novel. But saying any more would cheapen it, don't you think?
This hurt to read. Wonderful work.
