Beekeeper

Beekeeper

A Poem by Annie Gryphon

How noisy the bees
whispering
in block house timbers
when milky yoghurt light
creeps into night
and secretly
takes a bath in the fjord.

Ohhh, Annie!
What's to say when a piece so lavishly rendered falls upon the senses with its sweet splendor of imagery and deeply suggestive allure … MMmmm! I love the taste of honey on the tongue, and the light milky yogurt in the fjord … well, it's a sensual delight, to say the least. Seems I feel a deep, softly whispered buzz!

So much conveyed in so few words, M'Lady — however do you do it … ummm?
Thank you for a deliciously scrumptuous, poetical treat, Dear Annie ⁓ Richard

Annie looks different now. She took away her mask. Writing poetry in English is fun for me, a very special pleasure (my native and daily life language is German). Reviews are welcome in any way.. more..
