Poetry, oh poetry.

Poetry, oh poetry.

A Poem by Relic

Poetry, oh poetry
Speak well to me
Of roads diverged and dreams deferred
and tales of Annabelle Lee.

Poetry, sweet poetry
I do implore!
Will poems be heard on heaven's hills
Or speak out nevermore?

Poetry, oh poetry,
Would stop for me?
Your carriage breaks the quivering chill
of dull acuity.

Poetry, oh poetry
A penny for your thoughts.
Your rainbow bridge
awaits this night
For me
to come across.

Poetry is something so many attempt. It's so easy. Rhyme a word here.a word there. Only those with the talent and will to craft their words truly understand that it is so much more. Outstanding.

Always and with love
