Do you?

Do you?

A Poem by Ayushi Jha

Loving.
Till the touch of the cool tip;
To the bottom
and back.
Repeat.

Yes, it spilled in the ocean.
How will you know?
You will know.
I feel the other end pin.
Pin with serenity into you too.

I felt.
Your gaze slipped.
Why?
It was a look with no beat.
Or a beat, shy?

And I was caressed...
with all.
It left me unhinged.
Oh, but with that smile,
smile laid JUST on me,
I guess your roses are mine.

Be calm and think.
Thought.
You don't effort much, don't impress well,
but how smoothly you flatter my dress.
My whispers that you answer
were blushed.
In a barren you just passed by.

We mingle, we stay hush.
How I wonder,
I wonder how
you make my heart skip
or heartless I breathe.

You are within the mist.
I want to see you.
Say that you want to see through too.
See me.
Do you?

are we really another's? do we ever really own a heart, or does anyone ever own ours...?

or is it just hearts playing tricks...and roses that just seem alive.
