Hang Them in Purple for Crimes against Humanity

Hang Them in Purple for Crimes against Humanity

A Poem by Gandré

Man needs no institution for his relationship with the universe, it's on personal level. The one who believes miracles, morality behind hypocrisy, ethics and love within the churches - can't be saved.

he worst of all bad sects

is the one of lies, inquisition
and deceit of the Catholic
Church mess, concealment of
bigotry, sadism, twisted truth.
I demand: hang them, burn them
Like they did with the wise
sweet women, called witches,
I demand: Pope has to resign!
Forbid this nonsense of
rats in fancy robes and hats.

Benedict XVI. urbi et orbi

               under the bridge

In a boat full of water

                        And leaky

He sets the laws: do they

               Apply to anything?

What is his motivation?

For emperors are like cats;

          They also get stacked,

And sometimes, there is

                          No way out.

A note to all:

This has been happening for 50 000 years, rampant in Greece, rampant in Rome; it's still unofficially acceptable behavior all of the world, it's all these do'gooders, in other words, everybody wants to find a reason to insult somebody else.

Because it's society, this what society is; it's hierarchy of insults, of superiority and subordination and criticism and insult and that's how it's always been, all over the world. Because.. we are just a bunch of pretentious animals.

Well, I don't give Christianity any credibility The only reason why we have to suffer of this Christianity is, because we have followed the Roman emperor Constantine who made the Christianity mandatory in 324 BC and I mean, do you think the apostle Paul was not a raving epileptic or schizo? It's obvious, he has a series of fits, if you read a bit of history. Let me ask you this: how do you think people are going to behave if they believe the writings of a raving lunatic? Do you think, there would be something wrong with the people, before they believe this? Do you not see that any religion is pretty much home of raving lunatics? Just take a look. Nobody said to humanity, "look for yourself, seek the truth, just see around you, have the experience"; for they always were busy with their functions and importance and their drugs, crime, they abandoned their children, and sent them to religious schools, the government mandated these schools and gave them credibility, just look at the list of neglect and abuse - this list is kilometer long! And the list ends up with the last person on the list being some lunatic priest. If you are going to put orphans and lost children into the care of a bunch of lunatics - predict the outcome!

And those children, living in families, also have been abused by being sent to help to Father Tra-la-la and becoming ministrants, boys were sent there by families, they still are - then the family feels superior because their son has been chosen; you can go with this forever - but who is to blame?

The whole society is to blame! Not only parents, not only the Church. It's society that is to blame, you will find, if you look into Eastern Europe or Thailand, and the abuse of children is beyond your wildest imagination, who is to blame? It's the rich man, he lives not far from you in his big villa and he has lots of money, he is to blame, he is on the internet, he is buying material, he is exciting himself with this, and he is probably a sex tourist to the Ukraine.

Everybody is too blame. We are disgusting with our petty hierarchies and our petty showing off and measuring everything by possession, importance and power; everybody is to blame! Look at the frigging wacko Josef Fritzl from Austria, who held his daughter captivated for 25 years: Where was the society? And he even disappeared to Thailand for sex tourism for 3 weeks and not wife, not visitors, not society, nobody heard anything? Where was everybody? ...Everybody has been too busy with their own function, gathering their own wealth, busy with their own selfishness. Well, it is just how it is.

Everybody is to blame, but it is just the poor b*****d who is the last on the list, it is the one, who has to carry the can - and the last one should be Pope; if anybody can get to him - but he is bloody slippery! Everybody is to blame.

Who put up with this Catholic Church, with this raving of lunatics? Everybody did. Even Galileo put up with it; he recanted his theory, he was trying to argue that the earth was going round to sun and the Pope said, "No, it doesn't; the sun goes round the earth! And if you don't recant - we will torture you!" And so, he did.

We are all to blame. These crimes which are emerging, are not from this year, or last year, they are from last 5 000 years. Empires and tortures and inquisitions and slaughter and slaves eunuchs, called castrati (they took small boys and cut off their testicles so they could sing forever in the church choirs) - it was 5 000 years bloody vicious hierarchy.

Well, there is only personal solution: The only solution is to become aware. You've got the internet and the search engines, you think that was "child abuse"? You have to look it up because I don't know; as far as I can see it is not that long ago. Search engine castrati and see what you get.

We are b******s with our hierarchy.
We destroy our children to keep our status in our hierarchy, we would destroy their lives for status to make sure that they are clever and mathematical and logical and artistic that they're successful in schools and at work. We talk about everybody is responding to this hierarchical social pressure to be better than somebody else.

It’s got everything to do with everything: it is our reason for living to be able to s**t at somebody else; to be able to criticize all the way down the ladder. It’s the way it is, and don’t think for one minute that it stops at the Uneducated, if anything is worse, if anything goes worse " it becomes just less clever and more physical, it’s become the way we live and it’s become the reason that we live.

We tolerate far worse crime " we actively encourage this. Do you think that children have any rights in China or in India and South American rural areas? There is a mass slaughter of babies going on " because they don’t want a girl child. You're talking about mass murder! And we encourage this: do we have any trade sanctions? Do we refuse in our daily lives to buy Chinese things and Indian technology and orient carpets when there is not a proven sign something like 'hand work of adults'? Of course not, we say, “It’s somebody's else fault.

When it suits our purpose, we ignore the crime! We are all to blame.

What an informative writing, very philosophical showing how the structure of society has elicited the abuse, not just of the Catholic church, but also in China and India and Mexico and other less mention places (...Congo is fascinating, in my belief...). Having spent a lot of time in Ireland, which is like any other Catholic country, I've seen how all of society bears the moral responsibility for what happened. I admire your bravery in penning this.

Ok, I'm really not into religious stuff. I'm stiff yet to find out if god exists or not. Some spend time in believing god. Some spend time opposing god. I just sit between and spend no time on these things. So, let me comment on the poem alone.

You sound more like modern day Walt Whitman. But of course, he uses complex words, which is not present here. But still, with all those broken sentences and a sense of revolt, it really seems like him. :) Keep writing.

Ok my dear friend, here is something you may want to share.

...a God who could make good children as easily a bad, yet preferred to make bad ones; who could have made every one of them happy, yet never made a single happy one; who made them prize their bitter life, yet stingily cut it short; who gave his angels eternal happiness unearned, yet required his other children to earn it; who gave his angels painless lives, yet cursed his other children with biting miseries and maladies of mind and body; who mouths justice, and invented hell--mouths mercy, and invented hell--mouths Golden Rules and forgiveness multiplied by seventy times seven, and invented hell; who mouths morals to other people, and has none himself; who frowns upon crimes, yet commits them all; who created man without invitation, then tries to shuffle the responsibility for man's acts upon man, instead of honorably placing it where it belongs, upon himself; and finally, with altogether divine obtuseness, invites his poor abused slave to worship him!

Well you and I may have to hash things out Politically, but on the Church's crimes and lies, we have no differences. There is not much I can, or want to say on this matter, but I have a Mark Twain qute that I know you will love. It doesn't seem I can send it here, so I will send it in a message. You may have to enlarge it to read itm but it's worth the effort. have you seen the Movie "Doubt"? It's Directed by John Patrick Shanley. With Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams. if you haven't, I highly recommend it. I am going to try and send you this mark Twain quote now. if i could give you a 1,000 for this little piece of info I would, but a 100 will have to do.

Maria Jepsen (1992 - the first woman to become a Lutheran bishop) stepped down saying her credibility had been contested, after she denied knowing anything about allegations of a priest, under her authority in the town of Ahrensburg, who reportedly sexually abused boys and girls in the 1980s.

With an estimated membership of 24 million people, the EKD (Evangelical Church in Germany) hierarchy have plenty of ‘young prey’ amongst its congregations. But however cynical we may be, let us not fall into the trap of tarring all with the same brush. I’m positive the majority of lay followers are just as outraged as you and would agree with your reflective, vividly poignant and chastising write!

We must also remember the victims of these atrocities; to comfort, support them and do what is necessary, to make sure no others fall foul of these evil people.
Reuters FaithWorld site posed the question; ‘Do these cases of abuse refute the argument that the Catholic Church would not have been able to keep a Mafia-like omertà (“code of silence”) about its sexual abuse scandals for so long, if there had been women in the hierarchy?’ Good question; however it is ironic, when mostly all Catholics were praying too and through the ‘Virgin Mary’ for the truth to set them free, in this instance ‘She’ never came through for the injured party.
