My Love<3

For creative poetry, but about an ex words:serenity, extension, orbit, remoteness, inclination, intrigue, palpable

The serenity you brought me

Made me carry on

The exension of my soul

You are the thing that keeps me calm

 

I wish you were palpable

At this moment in time

Right here in my arms

To be once again mine

 

I’m getting the inclination

That we’ll be nothing more than friends

That you for some odd reason despise me

We’ll never be in love again

 

You sent my heart into orbit

As soon as you sent me a text

I love you my dear

You are the very best

 

The fact you took

An interest in me

Left me dazed and confused

And very very intrigued

 

You touched the remoteness of my heart

I thought I’d never love

You are heaven sent

My angel from above

 

I have to have you

In my arms

To hold you, love you

To keep you safe from harm

 

But whether you love me

Or only want to be friends

I still love you my dear

I will till the very end.

I like this one a lot. Your emotions are very clear and it caused you to spit out a wonderful piece. I am sad to hear this is about an Ex, but we only use these life lessons as exactly that, lessons. I would advise however, you add grammar into this. You don't have a single period or comma and just because it is poetry does not mean it shouldn't be included, quite the opposite.
