Truth/…………………………….By Sami Khalil

It is not too late to change the self or things. Change requires truth.Truth requires change from us.

 The Poem:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Truth can be:

Absolute or relative

Ancient or new

Decoyed or revealed

Ugly or beautiful

Offensive or defensive

Lost or mapped out

Naive or by rote (experienced)

Bringing discomfort or comforting, in the conference of trodden reality

and the limits of the “self.”

Truth is…

That today is the first day of everyone’s eternity,

To define its curves, to revisit the verbiages and lessons of life,

Where humans can find their own niches, in an order or out of an order, with a bit of sifting…

The way life was meant to be.

Truth is…

That today is the day of change, in the gathered remains of shells and beautiful wrecks of individualism,

where change requires different outcomes, otherwise it is insanity doing the same things expecting different results. And change does require tangibles, for things that do not touch us will not pain us or heal us, in the process of trials and tribulations, till the next verses and chapters of life.

Then, truth is…

Today is the day to spread your Phoenix…and rise.

profound study of what truth is - I have always felt that truth is absolute - things either are or they aren't and there is no gray. But that didn't detract from the beauty of your words and I especially like the line 'today is the first day of everyone's eternity.
Wonderful write Sami!

Oh what a Beautiful Subject so Dear to my Heart !
What an Awesome Photo that supports the ever flowing changing tides of truth Of reality.

I find each day filled with wonderful directions for all us Journeyman.
I am finding such Joy in the Mystery of change and flowing tides
For me truth is the reality at hand, for reality changes as the tide flows and it is only by surrendering that we find freedom from the constraints that we hold onto as a set reality.
When we think truth or reality is one way,by then the flowing tide has already moved on and a new reality is truth.
We make this flowing journey with each thought and each thought has moved the waters on this river of life. Therefore changing reality.
Our total life is made up from one thought upon another. Whatever our eyes and mind are set on then there be truth and reality.
We are co - creators in this way. Whatever we see as truth becomes truth.
Whatever lie we perceive becomes reality too.

Our most hardest work here is Controlling our thoughts.
Sometimes we have to unravel many thoughts to find the beginning and change what we wish to be into being.
It takes much work and one of the best ways I find to reach that is to take as much as we can from the material world away.
Clutter is a disease to the mind. When we clear the clutter around us , then it is easier to find the heart of reality and truth.
I am finding that the more I have the less I have and the less I have the more I have.

Since this spring I have been clearing clutter and That of which we speak I have been watching my reality making major shifts and finding such peace and freedom.
Truth is whats left when everything is taken away it is found in the nothing and void and in that void is much abundance.
My world is becoming an even bigger garden then I have ever dreamed and the sacred word "Home" is becoming much more to me then this physical construction. The perimeters are expanding so much that I no longer see or feel any boundary lines.
"It is well with my Soul" everyday I hear the song in my heart and contentment overflows my cup.

Thank You Sami for writing this . I have found it joyfully.
I feel short of words to express my agreement and try to relate my understanding of it but, I thank you for sending it.
It does help me to express my gratitude to have found how to find truth from within the Chaos.
I hope my feeble attempt brings some joy and light back to you. For your Bread Crumbs you sent upon the waters was joyfully recieved and I hope you find mine as well.

Have a most Wonderful day Sami

In a society where most are afraid to admit there is any "absolute truth" this poem reads as such.
Change is inevitable...
If change requires truth then truth indeed " is" as inevitable as change.
I guess truth is not always beautiful, but it is undeniable.
Bravo! Brave and intelligent write Sami.

In a world full of false prophecy and vile corruption, far too many choose to live a lie and rebuke the immoral wrongdoings, occurring right under their very noses !

When good folk do nothing, evil prospers, so begin by being true to yourself and your soul shall be set free!

Another fantastic piece of moral, poetic philosophy Sami !
