__Acquaiescence __

A Poem by Robert Trakofler (Bad Bunny)
"

"

__Acquaiescence __

Awash I wade in wavering sways

Swashing my face the savoring spray

Drift draft drag

Delineate

Drink

To dry land

Align my eyes to tapering skies

Azure glides slide to deepening blues

Flex form flux

Fascination

Flow

Yearn call views

Advance comply to hankering trance

Transverse span expanse wandering course

Swift stroke stir

Supination

Swim

Search ache’s source

Aghast bright bolts fly showering blasts

Rain drops blur bearings battering strained

Clap crash crush

Condemnation

Coarse

Cracks courage reined

Adrift briny swells reckoning rift

Reach sea to sky rim beckoning each

Swig splash sips

Salination

Sleep

Death swallow leach

Aloft sea sky draft billowing waft

View the yearn call my ravishing muse

touch tears trill

Titillations

Tryst

Expanse suffuse

The alliteration is great in this one....as is the references to being on the sea. I love to cruise and the muse does come with me on my journeys.....I don't have the heart to leave her at home! The view from a cruise ship is ever so inspirational. Nice one, Bunny. Lydi**

Wow, Wow, Wow! Splash!- each word moves and crashes over us like ocean waves...the images and alliterative words are alive and vital as the sea forms and foments in these brilliant verses. Bunny-Robert, you immerse us in the sound, sight, feel, taste, music and dance of your saline “Aquaiescence” (great word!). You allow us to become one with it and add our tears of joy to it. I am swept away by this! Master-Class write indeed.

i love the 1st two lines of each verse, but the remainder is very esoteric & way over my head.

thanks for reading & commenting on my first poem - the honey bees.
there's always something to learn from other people's interpretations of one's poems.

thanks for the explanation, don't think this sort of free flowing is something i could do.
More a barrage of sound than actual poetry, lol, no bad thing, the language and meaning clash and smash and create strange hybrid monsters that seem to make sense and perfectly formed too, lol

sound thoughts there Gram keep trying to break the bounds of words to the senses
The spray of the sea breaks over bow as salt from the deep mix with the salt from the soul.
I want one of these for my own.

Dang, Robert!
With a creative plethora of gibberiishly jiving assonance, sly sibilance, and alternating alliteration formed into steady streaming singular sestet verses of vibrantly vexing 8/8/3/4/1/3 line counts and a rhyme scheme of x,a,x,x,x,a • x,b,x,x,x,b • x,c,x,x,x,c • x,d,x,x,x,d • x,e,x,x,x,e • x,f,x,x,x,f
you've composed a poem worthy of any top coffeehouse recital in the Greenwich Village or Haight Ashbury Beat Generation of the '50s and '60s … amazing!

Quite brilliant, My Friend, and totally cool! I hope you're reading all this stuff at your own venues, 'cause it will definitely be a hit.
I can make very few suggestions … maybe, a word here and there and a coupl'a rhyme fixes, but nothing to drown over … LOL!

Good stuff, Robert! I love the imagery and jaunty, rocking tempo … I hope your muse had as much fun helping you write this as I did reading it. : )

Thanks a zillion for the aquatically soaking, oceangoing treat! ⁓ Richard 🍃

incredibly creative form sir...how ever did you stumble upon it!? you have thrown syntax and clarity to the wind and wash ;) punctuating alliterations that imply aspects of ocean and sky ... the theme i see in this is abstract but as i see it ... i am a voyager .. all is well .. storms break .. and in the end i sink into the ocean... i love abstract! i think your imaging is emotive and evocative .. once one feels that "savoring spray" "swashing" ones face .. it is never forgotten and connected with very defined memories ... consider writing this into a classical form ... clarifying your theme ... i think it would be fun to see them together ;) you need to copyright this form says i! love the ocean waves ... alliterations are tongue twisting and roll off like honey .. great first read of the day for me sir! inspiring and creative!

Bunny I felt the swell of the waves here as you swam out to meet the horizon. Have you got a death wish here? You certainly gave me some imagery. Apart from the massive expanse of sea and sky, there was rain and lightning as well. Great form, flow and no one Bunny does alliteration like you.Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink.
