DuskbreakDawn

A Poem by Robert Trakofler (Bad Bunny)

__DuskbreakDawn__

 Sunlight shines soft sheens

Surrender

Streaks

send

Figures form

obscuration

at dusk

springing shifting spectrum smile sigh

Darkness descants dirge

Disclosing

dreams

drifts

coruscation

the husk

dashing drab dazzling daub display descry

revenant rattles

repercuss

rap

rail

resonance

beats brusk

shadow shanty singe semblance stratify

For one thing, I love the picture. The alliteration is , once again, spot on and I always learn new words reading your poems.
I do believe it is time to re-christen the Bunny. Henceforth dear Bunny I shall refer to you as Notso...Bad Bunny.

Take care friend and have a good Monday.

dear Robert... if this house has a Tin Roof it will last for many dawns and dusk.
An eloquent home with many tales of raising babies and so forth. Pride and Prejudice
come to mind. Great grandparents still find solace in memories. truly, Pat

The sky is breaking into a glorious laughter, while your thoughts took lovely shape and danced in a stream of grace, Robert. The format suits the flow of deliberations wonderfully.

The artist in you is forever in admiration of beauty that's in your surroundings. Bom domingo.

I feel as if I need only whisper approval and an echo shall scream back at me from the vault of an amazing looking old building... open me up and let the sun light in.....

Places like that ignite the imagination.
Feels like a day in the life of a building. While it’s grounded it sees so much going by and will feel all those little shifts as the earth keeps cycling around it.

I’m being led by the picture, of course. But it’s an arresting photo. A story in itself. Your capture of it makes it seem like it will stay just so forever.

I like the steps or cycles in this. Like the same for experience. Stages. There’s always the light and dark and they must learn to sing together. The poem sings, BB.

you are the master of alliteration...i look at the pic and imagine this building as one no longer used....but i can also imagine it when it was busy with life.
sort of like older people who get left to the side..unused...when they still might have much to give to society...

Dear Bunny your posted image is magnifique. Your poetry has to be read out loud to appreciate the flow and the wonderful alliteration in your work. You always use interesting language. I have read this twice now to an audience of two others. Solo, my grandson's dog and Myron our cat. They are both nodding their approval.
