don't got one yet

don't got one yet

A Poem by Robert Trakofler

been working on this for a while just added another two stanzas it is slowly growing

The marginal eyes are peering

back so keen, in tacit genuflections

to glassed eyes, that pass by, reeling

in the falsity of mass insurrection

For the marginalized aren’t prey

to the United States of lead astray

those crooked lies hold no sway

to the ones you sought to subjugate

Yes this is, the time for poets

To break against the contemptible breeze

Strike truth to the lines of notice

Its wake, defies the inscrutable plea

The gusting of intents purpose

That blinds our course as we avert the sting

To shifting our aspects focus

To bind our paths in your proclivity
