can I just start again?

can I just start again?

A Poem by Snowfrost Moth

can I open this vessel
and pour it out on the earth?
the transgression reeks
like a chamber pot

can I tear out these eyes
and install cameras instead?
a gaze cold and impartial
looking only where it should

can I replace these ears
with microphones?
will they listen truer
than I ever have?

can I rip off all my fleshly limbs
and replace them with metal ones?
slower and less deft
slower to badness and terrible at sin

can I just be someone else?
can I just start again?
can I?
