About me, wish this question was more specific! Well, what makes me me...I have four children, live on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria at the moment (though I think I left my heart up far north Queensland) and as I'm recovering from a spinal injury I'm spending a lot of time writing. Before my back went I used to spend a lot of time making candles, playing guitar, playing piano, painting and running.

How quickly things can change. Never become too comfortable with the ways things are that you take them for granted, because things can suddenly all be different in a short space of time.

I feel satisfied generally with life. I used to question why things are the way they are, what our purpose as humans 'being' is. I still don't know why, but I do know community relationships are important, human relationships are vital, and it's sad that it often takes a tragedy to bring people together. I don't believe in the law of karma, plenty of 'bad' people never seem to get what they deserve while good people are suffering, often at the hands of those who can do something, but simply don't.

Anyway, back to, er, me... I wrote a novel and I still have the manuscript sitting around two years later waiting for a final read through so I'll use this site to post it bit by bit for some much wanted feedback. I've since started my second novel, but for the past few weeks I've been writing short stories for journalling exercises so a lot of the pieces I first post will be made up of those. I also have lots of lyrics I may as well put up.

Seriously, if I replace my facebook time with time on here I'll get a lot of my handwritten pieces typed :D

Oh and I have a cat. We called her Casey, but when my twins were little they couldn't say 'Casey' so we've ended up calling her our 'Cakey'.
