Submit the sad stories, poems, anything of your life. I want to cry when I read them. It can be fake, but made in first person. Don't lay it on too thick. Make it original. Make sure it comes from your heart. Even if it is fake, you can put all your sadness and all your tragedy in it. You can even put your hate in it too.
