Can you capture the reader's attention  July 7, 2007 - July 14, 2007

Many people decide if they like something in the first few minutes of reading. You have got to have a great opening. So that is what I am looking for. Who can capture the audience in three paragraphs or in little as 500 words. Not looking for your full work just your opening. Keep it under 500 words and we will let the audience decide who captured their attention best.
