I Can Write About Anything!  January 1, 1970 - January 1, 1970

The key word is "spinach!" I have never read a poem or a short story about spinach, but so many people have strong feelings about it. I am giving you a challenge to write a new poem or short story, in one day, about this loved or hated leaf. It can be funny, sad, angry, happy, etc. I will answer the challenge myself, which will not be entered, of course.
