Gimme tough verse, ballsy lines & raw insight.
Gimme rock bottom, vulnerability & defeat.
Gimme hope, despair, courage & cowardice.
Gimme outcasts, misfits, losers & lovers.
Gimme fever. Gimme fervor. Gimme frenzy.

Or whatever you got. It doesn't have to be pretty.

Submit something that can stand on its own, where none of this pat-on-the-back pretense-play try-hard nonsense is necessary to give it legs. That's all.

A few guidelines:

Avoid the cliché.
Avoid lame flowery poesy.
Refrain from using multi-colored/multi-formatted text.
Let the work speak for itself.
Refrain from using vampires, angels or fairies.
Let the work speak to humans.
Refrain from overuse of the word 'darkness'.
Capture it, don't state the obvious.
