Stop SOPA and PIPA (Vote against Internet Censorship)  January 18, 2012 - January 24, 2012

SOPA and PIPA, two bills that are to be passed by the US congress, threaten to TAKE DOWN any site that contains pirated (Non-Copyrighted or Infringing Copyright) content. Problem is, many people do not know what's Copyrighted and what's not.

This includes pictures, videos or quotes that you put up on your WC poems (Which you probably obtained by a simple Google search). This means that WC can be taken down too- unless the bill is stopped. Many sites are blacking out to support this. Please sign this Online Petition and say "No" to SOPA and PIPA.

As for the contest, submit poems on Freedom (The sense of being free, the banes of withholding etc), but the contest is solely to create awareness about the bills.
