The Ancient History Contest  August 25, 2007 - October 1, 2007

Like a complete queer, I have a big thing for ancient history and men in leather skirts... I'm talking of course about Ancient Greece / Dark Age Briton / The Roman Empire etc.

As a big fan of writers such as Valerio Massimo Manfredi / Conn Igguldon and Steven Pressfield, I would like to see the best you have to offer in the short story range set in these times - think Spartans / Gladiators / Roman Legionnaires / Celts / Pict / Angles / Jutes / Vikings / Macedonians - that sort of malarky.
