fantastical fantasy writing  March 5, 2009 - March 14, 2009

Reading and Deliberating

Details

It can be anything--poem, story, book..
Has to be fantasy-- whether it's of a far away land, vampires, fairies, whatever.

There's four main categories--
over 1,500 words long
over 1,000 words long
over 500 words long
and over 150 words long

Poems are the exception--they can be as short or as long as you like.

The poem/story is judged by
a) the storyline
b) how well the story "flows"
c) how well the story is portrayed
d) the word length
Don't worry so much on spelling--focus on the words you're using to express your idea. After all, what the reader is left with is what counts most.

Good Luck!

And remember, most importantly, have fun with it!
