where to start

you want to write a fantasy story but have no idea where you start. this will help.

Ok you have no idea wher to start your writing? well thats good stop thinking about what your going to write it wont help. get somthing to write with and write down the name of some fantasy books you've read that you like and then think about what was in them that yo liked. for my its books like Raymond E. feists magican. it has adventure elfs catsles swords bows drangons and of course magic and the charictors are you love or you love to hate. once you have done this you know what is going to be in your story and you know what its about it could be a romantic fantasy an adventure fantasy or an action fantasy whatever it is you now have the basics. to get some more ideas however you could (obviously) read another fantasy book. or you could watch a fantasy movie. next you need to decide where you are going to set your story. in our world? or in another world that comes compleatly from your mind?

Posted 13 Years Ago Thats fine. your entitled to your opinion so dont apolagise for having one. I know there is incorrect grammer and words that are spelt incorrectly it was a while ago that i wrote this and my spelling and grammer have improved alot. you may be surprised by how many published authors have trouble with spelling and grammer.

Posted 13 Years Ago unfortunatly some words are missing letters somtimes making it hard to understand some of what i say like in the lesson creating a fantasy world. i havent found the edit button yet but will fix things when i do. if there is somthing you want to know more about or want to understand ask me.
