Looking for how to name your character?

It may be different for you, but for me I like to have a little bit of the personality in a character first. I have to think of a name with the personality. When thinking of a name, be sure that you like it. If you are going for a more spunky character, try thinking of a spunky sounding name to you, such as Jalissa, Cassidy, Johnathan, or even Kade! If you are looking more sophisticated, you could go with Elizabeth, Kathryn, Bejamin, or Lucas. What I am trying to say is, think of what type of character he/she is, then play around with names that sound like that type.
