Duncan O'Hara is a half Irish half Scottish 16 year old who lives down the road from Damon. Duncan is in the tenth grade and is dating Scarlett , the younger sister of his best friend Skoti Micheals, Jr. Duncan has lived with Skoti and scarlett since he was five after his mother was killed in a robbery attempt. Together they were raised and taught by Skoti Sr, a former IRA member. When this is combined with his ability to disappear into a crowd when necessary, Duncan is a force of nature when angered. Duncan and Skoti are generally disliked and but they are well received by luna and her friends, after Duncan and Skoti stop a group of thugs from hassling her. Duncan and Skoti work together at a construction site after school. Duncan stands 6' 2 and is fairly muscular with thick brown hair and green eyes
