Explosions all around
People screaming, what a sound

There's nothing we can do but stay down
Faces planted in the ground
Help is coming, I hear it overhead
I pray "God I don't want to be dead"
Machine guns firing, so we can fight back!!
Guns firing Rat, tat, tat
My buddies screaming time to fall back
Have to leave before another attack

Helicopters land so you can leave
Running so hard, can barely breathe
I fought for my life today
Tears fall down my face, didn't know what to say
