Now that John is about to finally find out that Liam is his son, will John and Natalie rekindle their romance? 

Natalie is about to marry Brody, who she believed is the father of her son, due to botched-up DNA tests, when Tina and her dog, David Vickers, walk into the chapel with the DNA test that Victor Lord, Jr. had in his possession at the time of his death. 

Brody does a song and dance about how the DNA test can't be true in a desperate attempt to hold onto "his family," as  Natalie finally figures out that Brody knew all along, and calls off the wedding.
