Why all of a sudden it wants to come out is beyond me.

I have two short stories that I've posted. 

The first is Memories of you which is a bit of a rambling piece to my mother.

The other is Unforgiving Shores which is a very metaphorical story.  It was written after ending a long relationship.  It's written as if I had a one night stand(which I did not).  The boat in the story is me, the storm is my desire to want to be loved and wanted, the lighthouse is the man that I thought I loved and the closing where I look over my shoulder and see nothing is the feelings I had when it the relationship was over.

I'm sure that most of you could easily have figured this out but a few people have messaged me asking what some of the symbolism was.

I hope to offer up my reviews to stories and chapters mainly because I am completely devoid of any ability to understand poetry.
