Carey

Hi, I'm Carey. I live in Illinois with my boyfriend and two bad cats. But I'm originally from upstate NY. I have my MFA in playwriting from Western Michigan University and it's the genre I feel most comfortable writing in. But occasionally I'll write prose. I am a lazy a*s writer and my day job has nothing to do with creative writing. But I spent a lot of money on a good education, so I'm trying to be less lazy. Hence, joining writer's cafe. Other than writing, my interests include but are not limited to Metallica, pizza, Oscar Wilde, cats, comic books, other books of the sci-fi and fantasy variety, World of Warcraft, and various crafty type things like sewing and crochet. Things I loathe include but are not limited to most veggies, needles, inconsiderate drivers, the word "panties", and anything with more than four legs.
