Three Graces

Three Graces

A Poem by 2Real2BTrue

Happiness is accidental

Depending on our mood,

For all emotions are mental

Changing our outlook and attitude.

Sadness is knots of regret

Tied around our hearts,

Brought on by heartbreak and debt-

From the day you're born, it starts.

Love is just a hormone,

A facade engraved into our brains:

A mistake that leaves us cold and alone,

Only adding to our banes.

The words in this poem are so powerful and captivating! I like how you've made it simple and straight to the point in just these 12 lines. Very well-written indeed :)
