Finally

This poem is about one's safe space and how they are finally relaxed after years of frustration and anger.

As the ocean gently sways back and forth,

My muscles relax for what seems like the first time.

Birds and rushing water drown my ears in pure bliss.

I am truly at peace.

Let me stay here forever,

For this is the only place where I feel calm.

Here, my anxiety does not take over my persona.

The waters seem to drag me away from my struggles,

And to a whole new realm of infinite possibilities.

My life has officially restarted for better and worse.
