Mónos.

Mónos.

A Poem by akihsna

Mocked at; Life has bid me adieu,
Trampling the buds in my garden;
Freshly bloomed, they couldn't breathe anew,
All left behind, I am but a burden.
Lost in some tale, my conscience left me,
What is the whole story, knows nobody.
I became someone's, at least it could be,
Unaware of whether it's forever or a parody.
Pearls of tears spilling as I am
Meeting my quietus shall be redemption.
Farewell to the dreams, probably a sham,
Wait no more! Seize your exemption.
