Synopsis

Simon, an enigmatic man, sees life through a different glass.  Sitting on the porch of his unwanted, soon-to-be stepfather's cabin, he realizes he wants nothing to do with him - or anyone, for that matter.  He simply dreams of living his peaceful, secluded life up in the New England states.   Eventually, it becomes reality as he attends a college there.  He makes a friend.  He falls in love.  The only thing is: no matter how hard he fights against it, he cannot escape the truth that blatantly lies in front of him; and the present does no good in helping him relinquish the past he so longs to shove in the dirt.

In this gritty coming-of-age epic for adults, step into the life of one man who finds himself on a path, which diverged a long, long time ago.   He thinks he is on his way forward, but isn't that the funny thing about life?  It's not forward we are really trying to strive toward.  We are all, somehow, someway, trying to find our way back.
