Traveling Soul

Traveling Soul

A Poem by Lexi

I am a million faces,
a thousand personalities.
An ageless shell
trapped in a body.
A frozen person
doomed to live a million lives.
Always in the end,
left to die.

I am a schoolgirl from the
19th century.
I am a boy who died a
mystery.
I am a widowed wife,
struggling to survive.
I am a man,
fighting for my life.
And in the end,
I was left to die.

I am a traveling soul
capsule with no home.
I bear a million faces,
all so identical.
I live, I die, I am born again.
never-ending cycle,
I am doomed to live.
