Internal Affairs

Internal Affairs

A Poem by Audrey H

Embracing the darkness

one is sure to find

Private parts of their mind

in which no one has stumbled upon before.

In this space we see the unseen

We see what our minds imagine

Flashes of movement under the moonlight

paint pictures in our minds eye.

This is the true unaltered image

This is the frame, pure and free

Untouched by light

Doused with madness, depravity

and all other qualities one wishes to keep in the dark.

It is in this sphere

In this collection of hidden things

If someone where to look far into this black abyss

To delve deep into the labyrinth

There are endless possibilities of what one might find.
