As you walk through town,

Are you gazing up or down?

Do you say hello and smile,

When you see others around?

When I’m roaming through the streets,

I see so many new people I can meet,

Itching to know their individual tales,

Are their souls numb or full of heat?

I saw a man the other day,

His headphones were in,

Eyes were caught on earth,

I knew he lacked self worth.

Why does my heart ache for you brother?

Why couldn’t you look up for one moment?

All I wanted to do was acknowledge you,

And prove that my concern is real and true.

That is no way to live,

Life has so much to give,

The throne before us is infinite,

A place for everyone if they wish,

Paradise is Satan’s most fine gift,

Worse than cursing Earth for a thousand years,

Is being aware and continuing to harm her more,

Some of his ideas seem a bit iffy.

The executors can slay them all instead.

Surely there’s a ghost out there or two,

Who are itching to do what they need to,

Be careful, they might be coming for you,

Maybe they’ve seen the evil things you do.

Perhaps it’s time to simply say hello and smile,

It’s a wise move to start living a life worthwhile,

Conquer your fears and cease existing in denial,

Be your own fairest judge in life’s ongoing trial.

You know when you’re lying,

You know when you’re wrong,

You will need to make an effort,

If you want trust to build strong.

True love is an answer to peace without a doubt,

True love is a resource that will never diminish,

True love are the seeds we planted to see sprout,

True love is ongoing and is unable to ever finish.
