love, betrayed, lies

The love I felt for you was once so strong,
But now I know my heart was wrong.
Your love for me meant nothing I see,
Cause you really never tried to love me.
But, now I’m so hurt by what you’ve done,
I guess your lies already won.
I gave you my love but you betrayed,
Your love wasn’t real what can I say?
I think back hard and wonder why,
