Human peace

Human peace

A Poem by Arghya Samaddar

Oh heavenly world! Oh heavenly world!
Let there be no boundary to divide us,
no arms to kill the dreams,
let there be grasses to sleep,
skies to dream, ladders to mount on .

The day I want to frame in the history of humanity,
the day people will not ask their identity,
the day people will hug without any curiosity.

The rise of peace will kill the arms,
the sun of brotherhood will burn the dirty blood.
He the son of god will come to make us one,
we the flowing rivers will meet the sea.

Being so civilized,
we will forget race, caste and,
keep our heart and soul on mother earth.

Hats off to you for writing such a beautiful poem that gives a new ray of hope to human society that still there are people like you who urge and devote their time on such an important subject like human peace...this is the best poem i have read of yours till now...i agree with your views on human peace and what i liked most that you addressed such an important issue without a single moment of boredom which a reader can feel in your poem...
Keep on writing and thanks for sharing...
Take care...
