Ranae

Ranae

A Poem by Aristophanes
"

when solitude is next to you, you feel like jumping into a lagoon known as loneliness

"
Ranae
Fall into the sadness ocean.
I abandon myself to the bareness.
Desolation and isolation!
I sunk to the bottom
To my home of desperation,
Murmurs softly to my heart
Enfold it, as the salt has me encapsulated
Irreverence and impertinence
Silence for an answer
She who speaks, does not know
She who knows, does not speak
Oh great heart's limitation
Extreme affirmations
My position's predilection
Enervating sentences
Reside or desert
Confusedly Illuminated
It's identical as baleful
She who speaks, does not know
She who knows, does not speak
I have nothing!
The general option
Is always the worst: Tyranny!
Abandon in desolation
Insatiable my abandonment
I'd have to reinvent myself, again
Confusedly Illuminated
It's identical as baleful
It's all the same to me.
I have nothing
She who knows, does not speak
She who speaks, does not know
Does not know
