The Sun and Morning Star...A Poem by ArtIf we suddenly became ink Within a poets pen

Those moments when our heart rings Leaving that imprint upon every soul
If the desert was our place
Of love and life I would cherish the heat And wish For it to be our passion
If we were the skies
And the Heavens
Gave us wings Then my thoughts Would be, with you Among the clouds
To be the Night
AndYou the Moon We could share life For eons of time
If raindrops we were Falling within the rain Letting us join the seas Expanding more than oceans To be magic and share illusions Magically creating whispers So we could swirl like the wind
Together within thoughts Crossing barriers of the mind We would bind together As one soul
If we suddenly became ink Within a poets pen We would share each other’s words Becoming letters and lines Maybe even rhythms’ and rhymes
Two poems enclosed Inside the muse We are...
The Sun and Morning Star
