SILENCE

SILENCE

A Poem by Jason Baptiste
"

Avoiding the noises from empty vessels

"
Silence is my favorite speech
Where the volume of thought
Took me to the place i've reach

The voice of my hands was loudly heard
Yet my lips said not one word

A home called a grave
Where my breath cannot be saved

Avoiding the noises from empty vessels
In the place of silence where i 've settled

Peace shall be for many years
After the shedding of crocodile tears

Arrived at home opening the door
Never to be heard anymore
