The
world's a stage
And we're putting up the best show we can
Going back and forth
Dancing around the eminent truth
Quoting through life
Words of wisdom galore
The chances of happiness
And some of them let go
Neither the winners nor the ones to lose
Reality is a funny game
Everything is coveted
Yet everything is so few
Cherishable moments are one aplenty
But the truth still collects dust
For courage isn't a dime a dozen
And a virtue less found is honesty
Mask the best of the worst
A masquerade of spoiled emotions
No one knows anonymity as much
As the ones who are known a lot
Bury the hatchets or bury the spade
To kill the fire is such a shame
Wonderful wonders and then some unknowns
To have and to behold is such an old prose.
